It is so easy to get caught up in comparisons, especially in the age of social media. I struggle with this specifically in the professional world. I celebrate other’s success but can find it difficult to keep from wishing that I was having the same success! This train of thought is so draining and it takes away from the things I have accomplished that I am proud of.
I have begun to write things down that I am grateful for to snap myself out of this loop.
